Massage Etiquette
Before Your Massage
Arrive on -time: Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow time to check-in, use the restroom facilities (if needed), fill out any paperwork if necessary, and settle in without stress.
Silence devices: Turn off or silence your phone to maintain a calm and relaxing environment.
During Your Massage
Undress to comfort level: Whether you choose to undress fully or leave on undergarments, your therapist will keep you draped at all times, ensuring you feel comfortable, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
Set the tone: We encourage you to communicate to your massage therapist if you prefer light conversation during your session or if you prefer a quiet and relaxing environment.
Respect boundaries: Keep conversation respectful and understand the session is strictly professional.
Speak up: Let your therapist know if the pressure is too much, too little, or if you feel uncomfortable at any point during the session.
Relax: During your massage, take a moment to focus on your breathing. Let each inhale bring in calm and each exhale release tension. Slow, gentle breaths help your muscles soften and your mind unwind, creating a peaceful space for rest, renewal, and total relaxation.
After Your Massage
Take your time: Getting redressed and move at a slower pace than normal to avoid any dizziness.
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to aid in recovery. We have water available in the lobby for your convenience.
Tipping: Tips are a thoughtful way to show appreciation for your massage. While always optional, many guests choose 15–20% if they enjoyed their experience.
